Tomas Ocampo, Outreach Coordinator for Latin American Perspectives, interviews Claudio Katz about his featured article, "Dualities of Latin America," in the July 2015 issue. 

 

Claudio Katz is a researcher at the Consejo Nacional de Investigaciones Científicas y Técnicas and teaches economics at the Universidad de Buenos Aires. He actively participates in international conferences against free trade, foreign debt, and militarization.
